One of my favorite parts of flash sessions is how deeply personal they can still be, even in just 15 minutes. This recent portrait session was with a perimenopause coach who’s actively building her personal brand and stepping into more visibility online.

Like many women in business, she shared that she’s not often in front of the camera and has been consciously working on feeling more confident being photographed. This session was part of that growth, both personally and professionally.

Her words after the shoot say it all:
