Vacation Photography

One of the things I love the most about creating memories for families on holidays in Amsterdam is taking them to my favorite areas and getting to talk about how life is for an international in Amsterdam, about adapting to a city, some of the unwritten rules and the logics behind them, and among all the history behind the streets and buildings we are photographing in a way that is so easy to remember. Amsterdam is an open museum; you can learn from observing everything around you.

We went with this family around the Western Canal Belt, one of my favorite areas to photograph due to being so close to the houseboats and fantastic historical buildings.
