Once your gallery has been delivered, I give you time to enjoy your photographs first. The delivery email explains how to let me know if there are any images you'd prefer to keep private. Those photographs are immediately moved into a separate folder so they never become part of my content workflow.

Normally, I wait between two and four weeks before creating any content from a session. By then, you've had the chance to download your gallery, share it with family and friends, and make any privacy requests. Only the photographs that you haven't private continue to the next step.

I import those images into Narrative Select, which helps me create an initial shortlist of around 25 to 30 photographs. Because I photographed the session, I naturally become attached to almost every image. Using Narrative Select helps me step back and focus on building a clear visual story rather than trying to include every photograph I love. The AI creates the first selection, but I always make the final decision. Sometimes I swap photographs, adjust the order, or include an image because I remember a small moment that matters to the story.

Once the photographs are selected, I look back at everything we prepared before the session. The questionnaires, planning notes, and logistics all become part of the writing process. Rather than simply telling the story of one family or one proposal, I use that information to answer questions future clients might have.

Before writing, I open Wispr Flow and simply talk. I describe what happened, what I noticed, what I was trying to achieve, and how the experience felt from my side of the camera. Speaking allows me to tell the story naturally, and Wispr Flow transcribes my words into a first draft while keeping my own voice. From there, I edit and organise everything into a complete blog post.

The selected photographs are then arranged into an Instagram carousel in Canva. The blog post becomes the foundation for an Instagram caption, which focuses on the experience and emotions of the session. Finally, I create a shorter, more conversational version for TikTok.

One gallery becomes three different pieces of content, each created for a different audience, while always respecting the privacy choices made by my clients.

Why don't you post sneak peeks?

Because my priority is delivering your gallery first. I want you to enjoy and share your photographs before they appear on my website or social media.

How long do you wait before posting photographs?

Can I ask you not to share my photographs?

Absolutely. When you receive your gallery, you'll also receive instructions on how to request privacy. Any photographs you choose to keep private are moved into a separate folder and are never used in my content workflow.

What if I change my mind after something has been published?

Just let me know. If you'd like a photograph, social media post or blog post removed, I'll remove it. If the blog post has already been indexed by Google, I'll also submit a removal request through Google Search Console so it disappears from search results as quickly as possible.

Why do you use AI tools like Narrative Select and Wispr Flow?

They help me work more efficiently, but they don't replace my decisions. I make the final image selection, write every article in my own voice, and review everything before publishing.

Why do you write blog posts about your sessions?
